I am a children's book author and illustrator of picture books and middle grade. Many themes are nature related as I hold a BS in Environmental Conservation and Writing, and an MS in Natural Resources. I've most recently worked as an teacher in kindergarten, fourth grade and in preschool music. This followed careers in lake studies, regional planning and in marketing communications and advertising. I love drawing, gardening, raising golden retrievers, my young grandkids and living in Vermont with my husband, Bruce.
